RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS POLICY

All items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.

For hygienic reasons, swimsuits cannot be returned, except if they have been delivered damaged (in this case it is possible to return them, but the items must not have been used, washed, and must be returned undamaged, including the identification tag, the various composition and washing labels). If the size of the item has been chosen by you improperly, there will be no possibility of return.

Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be refunded.

You have 14 days from when you receive your order to return your purchase for a refund if you are not satisfied. Please note that no returns will be accepted after the 14 day return time frame.

When you request a return, please be certain to indicate all items you wish to return. Only items selected during the return process will be refunded. If you need to return items from multiple orders, please request a return for each order separately.

The LIVINCOOL team monitors returns to identify potential misconduct or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Please note that all duties, taxes and shipping charges are charged to the customer and are non-refundable.

Please note that it may take up to 3 working days for our team to provide you with an update on the status of your return request.

If your request is accepted, please return the items carefully in their original packaging and send it to the address you will be given in the return authorization email.

Please note that if you are returning a package from outside the European Union, you will also need to put the invoice for your order inside the box.

Once the package is received, the products will go through our quality control process.

Please note that this can take up to 5 working days.

If the return meets our criteria, you will be notified and your refund will be processed.

 

Getting a refund

Refunds will be made within 10 working days of receipt of the return and if all conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met. Please note that due to the current situation, refund processes may be delayed.
