Livincool offers free Standard US Shipping and $20.00 USD Priority Shipping for all orders within the United States via UPS.
International shipping rates start at $10.00 USD for International Standard and $30.00 USD for International Priority via UPS.
Livincool now offers Passport Priority Duties Paid option for international customers to prepay sales tax and duties on their orders so they don't get stuck in customs.
All orders are processed within 3 working days. During sale seasons orders might suffer a slight delay due to an excessive amount of orders being filled out. Livincool will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Livincool. Worth of goods will be publicly available on the package’s insert for tax reasons on all orders. Once orders are sent the cancellation of it or a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out. Once you receive your order, you can ask for the return or exchange within 14 days you (or someone you nominate, other than a carrier) received the goods.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
All orders are eligible for an exchange or full refund when they are shipped back within 14 days of the delivery date. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). In order to start a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and the items you'd like to return or exchange and ship the products you'd like to return or exchange to:

Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Note: All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including all tags the item came with.
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
Livincool is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
