How does LIVINCOOL ship products?

Livincool offers free Standard US Shipping (typically USPS, DHL or UPS) and $20.00 USD Priority Shipping for all orders within the United States (typically FedEx/UPS).

International shipping rates start at $20.00 USD for International Standard (typically DHL) and $50.00 USD for International Priority (typical FedEx/UPS).

All orders are processed within 3 working days. During sale seasons orders might suffer a slight delay due to an excessive amount of orders being filled out. Livincool will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Livincool. Worth of goods will be publicly available on the package’s insert for tax reasons on all orders. Once orders are sent the cancellation of it or a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out. Once you receive your order, you can ask for the return or exchange within 14 days you (or someone you nominate, other than a carrier) received the goods. 

How can I return or exchange a product?

All sales are final. Customers are granted online store credit (valid for 90 days) for eligible returns. Please note all swimwear is excluded from any returns/exchanges due to hygienic reasons. Orders are eligible for a return when they are shipped back within 14 days of the delivery date. For domestic (US) orders, you can create a return label at our Return Center and LIVINCOOL will cover the cost of shipping back the return. For international orders, you'll need to ship the order yourself to the address below. We do not offer any other types of returns or exchanges. Order numbers need to be clearly visible on the exterior and interior of the package. Items need to be returned to:

Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including all tags the item came with. The order number must be clearly visible outside or inside the package. We may deduct additional fees if items are not returned in new condition and with all packaging.

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return and issue store credit once it is received by our Distribution Center. 

Livincool is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. 

How do I know when you guys will restock an unavailable product?

We appreciate all your questions about restocks! Unfortunately, we don't announce drops or restocks other than on Instagram or via e-mail, in fairness to our community 😊

The best way to be informed is to click the 'NOTIFY ME' button (you can see that on the products/sizes that are sold out) and register to be notified once specific items are back in stock. To be in the know about drops and restocks, follow us at and subscribe to our newsletter. 

I'm a social media influencer and want to collaborate with you guys, what do I do?
